I have been searching for a new bedroom suite and when I entered the Rooms to Go showroom I was greeted by Josue Alvarez. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He was very dedicated to showing me the special sales that I was interested in and also went out of his way to make suggestions that would match my interests. I did need some time to make up my mind and held on to his business card. I returned to the store for the third time and called on Josue again. He was very happy to see me and was able to show me some mattresses to go along with the bedroom suite I picked out along with an adjustable mattress base. I was able to purchase the entire package through the affordable in-house financing. I am truly thankful for Josue’s excellent service. He made my experience as a buyer easy and stress free.

My husband and I have been looking and waiting to buy some mattresses for the best deal we could find. Angel C. helped us in our quest and didn’t disappoint! He called us when he saw a deal that will both satisfy our needs and desire, he met us at the store when was convenient for us - on his day off!!! That detail in itself gives him the “Best Salesman Award Ever” in my book! He’s always been friendly, professional, knowledgeable in all the interactions we’ve had with him.

Rebecca was awesome. We found the perfect dining room set for the space. Rebecca was able to answer all the questions we had. Plus ,I expressed interest in a fireplace insert ,she let me know I can just let her know and she can get my cart all set up for me to get my fireplace.

I had an amazing experience at Rooms To Go thanks to Angel! From the moment we walked in, Angel was welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He really took the time to listen to what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect couch without ever making me feel pressured. What stood out most was how thorough he was in explaining all the options the couch came in. He walked me through the different materials and made sure I understood that the fabric is washable and the cushions are reversible — which was a huge plus for me. He made sure I felt confident in my choice and understood exactly what I was purchasing. Angel answered all of my questions with patience and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about making sure you’re happy with your purchase, but Angel absolutely does. My husband and I had the best experience. The salesman, Josue was very nice, educated and not one of those pushy salesman. He took his time to make sure he knew what we wanted and explained everything in detail. I would shop there again.

Josue was amazing. He was ver welcoming. He took the ask me specifically what I was looking for and my budget so he can identify what suits my needs. He took the time to show me around the bedrooms.they have available including upselling so that I could have other options to consider. He gave me time to evaluate and make the decision without pushing me, something that I appreciate from a sales person, also liked his honesty regarding a back order related to the item I choose, which I appreciated. Great customer service, he was very professional and knowledgeable.

We had an excellent experience at Rooms To Go thanks to Shawn Butler. He was kind, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Shawn took the time to answer all of our questions and helped guide us without ever being pushy, which we really appreciated. He made the whole process comfortable and easy. Thanks to his help, we purchased a beautiful ModularTwo-6 pieces from the Drew & Jonathan Collection, and we’re very happy with our choice.
